We , Ksher Payment Co.,Ltd (“Ksher”) as Merchant’s payment gateway provider ,respect the privacy of individuals with regard to Personal Data. This Privacy Statement is formulated in accordance with the the Anti-Money Laundering Act in 2001 and Ksher is legally exempted to get a consent from the Merchant for collection of personal data because the Data Controller would perform under the law mentioned on the Section 24 of Personal Data Protection Act in 2019.

 

By interacting with Ksher Systems either at our websites, payment portals or otherwise, or by using Ksher Systems websites (“Websites”), you consent to the processing of your Personal Data by Ksher system and all persons involved in the provision of services by Ksher Systems.
